Publications Wizard EPIC
A Colmena user wants to create a publication that is visible to other members of a Colmena and also to other anonymous people who visit the external Colmena area as guests.
The Administrator user will be able to publish on behalf of his media but the Colaborator will only be able to create drafts that will be approved later by an Administrator.
The user wants to create a publication (post) using a pre-existing audio, text or image file (in the future video). Or generate the post by creating from zero the audio (recording) or text (writing).
The user wants the post to have a title, a description, a text, a featured image and audio or video multimedia content (optional). In addition to containing metadata. Part of that metadata is generated automatically.
At the end of the flow, the user will want to have the possibility to distribute the post on external platforms that have been configured.
A Colmena user wants to have a home screen that allows access to:
- Creating a publication from scratch;
- Add files to an existing publication;
- List all publications.
Step 2: Add basic information A Colmena user wants to create a publication by entering first the name (required), a featured image (optional), a short description (required), a text (rich text options).
Step 3: other info/field metadata The Colmena user wants to add metadata to the publication and can: The category (mandatory) which will be chosen among those predefined in the instance by the superadmin. Choose the publication license (mandatory) among predefined options (the one selected by the media in the media profile configuration options appears selected). Optionally you can edit other metadata that is automatically imported: language (predefined by the media in the profile); the author who creates the publication (in case he/she is the person who starts the publication wizard - publishes on behalf of a media partner); day of publication, by default now/today but with the possibility to edit it; tags (it would apply in case the publication is started from a file stored in Nextcloud.
Step 4: add files A Colmena user wants to add files (this step is optional) to the publication. A modal will open where he/she can choose one or several files; upload one or several files; record an audio and edit a text (these two options for the second phase);
Step 5: confirmation and publication preview A Colmena user wants to have a preview of the publication with added files that can be:
- moved in the order
- removed from the publication
